IN 2000
In 2000, our Business was founded by two friends in India. They designed a new, business-style B2B, B2C that became an instant favourite. After the successful trial run, it was incorporated under the Indian Ministry in 2019. Now, more than 22 years later, not only India, but people from all over the world know the excellent services of ASA RAW INDIA SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED.

STARTUP
As it happens, ASA RAW INDIA SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED was born from the very particular friendship of its two founders: Ajeesh Naduvilottil and Sajin Padikkottil. Best friends who, as the story goes, could not find a B2B, B2C integrated Business model in India. Then they are designed own model. Its they both liked. So they decided to create their own. The rest is history.

Now, you too are one among them… just like us. Starting its journey in 2000 and standing strong in 2025, ASA GROUP OF COMPANIES, known shortly as AGC, has earned yet another name – Administrative Governance Chamber. This is a title known only among officials, achieved in 2025 after successfully completing GST and MSME registrations. Under this, ASA RAW INDIA SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED operates to complete all the company’s test-run processes – more clearly known as Accurate, Secure, Authorized Research and Analysis Wing Services Private Limited. And the journey doesn’t end there – to fully integrate trading-related operations, we launched Neethi Integrated Agency Traders Private Limited, and the world stood with us even there. In 2025, through our new company AGC Enforcement Services Private Limited, we have expanded into the Quality Assurance sector, marking yet another milestone in our growth story.

Mr. Ajeesh Naduvilottil is the Chairman of ASA RAW INDIA SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED & NEETHI INTEGRATED AGENCY TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED. Mr. Ajeesh Naduvilottil has been conferred the honorary title of Chairman of ASA, ASA RAW INDIA, NIA, ASTRA, and US ALLIANCE. He is on the international advisory board of US ALLIANCE BRAND. After his MBA, researched B2B, and B2C integrations in Reliance, Flipkart, Banking Sectors, Service Sectors Health Sectors with other Leading Brands.
